ID design >> structural design / acoustic design / PCBA design-engineering prototype >> sound debugging >> earphone mold >> secondary sound debugging >> trial production >> mass production.
* The structural design needs to use professional 3D software (Pro/e, NX/Solidworks) to disassemble the parts according to the ID. When disassembling the parts, it needs to be installed from the sound unit; the size, structure, shape, and size and location of the front and rear acoustic chambers Design; sound guide method and other comprehensive considerations. After the acoustic structure is confirmed, a 3D drawing is generated for mould opening evaluation, mould flow analysis, and modification to confirm mould opening.
